No Change/Rejected Disabled Voice on easy surf

As we all know, easy surf is constantly full of annoying people who ruin the surf experience, I believe that it would be more of a good idea than bad to just disable voice entirely, it would make the surf experience 10x better and there would be a lot less idiots wasting admins time for calladmin requests.
