No Change/Rejected Download Error on Easy Surf Server

Don't know if this is on my end or not, but the last week whenever I have to download a new map, I get this error:

You can replace the download file name with any map I don't already have installed. Is this a problem on my end?

The files definitely exist, so the issue will be on your end.

What you can try, if you find you are unable to download maps in the future:

1. Copy the URL provided and input into your browser. If it downloads successfully, that probably means there's an issue with your system/csgo.
2. Go into your console, and check the value of cl_downloadfilter. Ensure this is set to 'all'.
3. That being said, try restarting your game to see if this solves it.
4. If that does not work, try verifying your game through steam.
5. If that does not work, try disabling any antivirus you may have, or allow an exception for CS:GO. Also try disabling your firewall/adding an exception for that as well.

Beyond that, I'm really not sure what could cause the issue, but try out these steps!
