Accepted/Completed exploit issue sv with am_heaven_gardens

as shown in the video you can cause sv lag via this grass it's not shown that well but it's there as you might be able to tell based off the sv on the netgraph I would suggest removing said texture or just remove the map entirely.

I am not sure exactly where the issue is but it is relatively close to said area

Looks like the grass is a prop_dynamic, which is causing the issues. I've removed the map, thank you!
