Accepted/Completed [HELP WANTED] Surf Timer - WRCP Testing

Hey guys, I'm opening up my dev server for anyone to join, to test out the new version of the surf timer we're running. The new version features WRCP's, a slightly modified bot replay system, optimizations, and an optional side hud (!options > Hide Side Hud).

Known bugs/issues:

• If you are the first to complete a stage and get the stage record, an obscure SR time is displayed. Ex: [SNK.SRV] sneaK has finished the stage 2 in 03:63s (PB: N/A) (SR: -277:46:35:36) fixed
• You improved your time, your rank is now 2/1 fixed

Other than that, the purpose of this test is to test the surf timer itself. There are plenty of other bugs/outdated features on my dev server that are irrelevant and won't be in the main servers. Try to exploit the surf timer in this test, try to cheat times! If you're able to exploit times please post how to repeat this so I can patch it and we can push this update to the main servers ASAP!

TL;DR Try to exploit the timer. Use the new !saveloc and !repeat features, general wrcp testing, etc.

This test is done on a ~6 month old database with old bots. This is not connected to the main surf servers.

Got a bit of feedback tonight and fixed a couple small issues but ran into another big issue that is causing crashes, so I will fix that tomorrow and put the server back up when that's all taken care of.

I've fixed most (if not all) of the bugs related to showing times and rankings in chat, so mostly what we need now is exploit testing. I'll put the server back up tonight once I fix this crashing issue!
