Accepted/Completed map causing crash

Temporarily removed, perhaps someone could do us a solid and recompile the map? Don't have the original port vmf anymore, unfortunately. Auzzie a-ha! any takers? surf_seasons could also use the same treatment, I believe it throws a similar error.
