No Change/Rejected Map Request: surf_fade

This is a 5 stage + 1 bonus tier 2 surf map I made which I think could be an addition to the beginner surf server.
I have tested it myself quite a bit and with a few friends but it very well may have remaining issues I haven't found.

It also has some 3dsmax modeled ramps and other assets which is somewhat unique for a surf map.

Both the workshop and gamebanana pages are the same map version.
