No Change/Rejected More bot problems

On Rebel_Scaz the record bot is named BOT sneaK even though you don't have the record. Just thought I would tell you.

It's related to this update (see section Changes to surf_rebel_scaz). Because of the wiped top times, a new bot was needed, so I created a new PR w/ bot, and since then no one has gotten a faster time. A new record is very doable, so I'm not too worried a new bot will be created soon.
