A bump doesn't bring us closer to new rank suggestions. PB is the only one who has suggested a legit rank set.

so tl;dr: elite and veteran are swapped? fine with me, veteran kinda sounds more important anyways

If I'm not mistaken, the stars count as multiple characters since its some unicode garbage, so I think we might have to limit the usage of them. I'll play around with em to see though.
