Please remove the extra hardcore racism filter on my server. dont have to just a little "over the top on a privet server'

I've identified an issue causing only 1 warning to be shown instead of 2 prior to an autoban, working on a fix for that right now. The racism filter will not be removed on any of my servers, private or not. I will not harbor or allow racism in any of my servers.

Limitations:

• Our community rules still apply
• Private servers utilize our global ban/mute system. Bans & mutes in the system are enforced across all servers, public & private.
