Not so much a bug as I had to roll back a lot of changes made while we investigated why WRCP's were causing server crashes. Now that we no longer have crashes I can revert a lot of the changes back to being 100% stable, so you'll see small weird things like this if you dig deep enough

This, and some other weird things you'll notice have already been fixed, and will be pushed (maybe) tonight, depending on how much time I want to put into the surf timer since it's mah bday
