idk about other maps but these just stand out to me as mistiered

We've already changed acp_fix to t3 months ago, the rest are simply incorrect, aside from Eldritch, which is staying a Tier 3 as it is not a good fit for easy surf, and syria_again which may be considered to be changed at a later date.
