No Change/Rejected replay bug

this has happened on other maps i just took this prntscr on injection

I've seen this happen on a couple occasions, never really bothered to track down why since it's been so infrequent. Sometimes try changing teams, going to the map start, or reconnecting usually does the trick.

Obviously none of those are a solid solution, just a temporary workaround.
