Random fps drops for the entire server lately. It goes down to about 15fps anywhere from between 10-45 seconds

Spawns on Cache are messed up, you get stuck in CT mid under the scaffolding

This is a widely reported bug with the game that Valve has not acknowledged, it also happens on official matchmaking servers (I've even had it happen to me in mm over a year ago).

Hmm this should have been fixed a couple days ago, I can check into it again.

Following up, the cache spawn under the scaffolding was fixed on the 12th, and I just double checked to confirm - are you sure this is still an issue? No such spawn exists.
