Server Update - 1/10/17

• Several back end updates (various fixes/optimizations)
• Challenge plugin for 1v1 Arenas updated (bugfixes)
• Anti-anti-anticheat (not even joking) measures added
• Removed one certain anticheat autoban on the CS:CO server to prevent false positives (seems to be only related to the CS:CO server)
• Bullets now go through teammates on the CS:CO server

Doing some big work on the surf timer that I'm sure you guys will be excited about!
