- Servers that are empty at certain points of the day are no longer subject to forced 7am EST/4am PST restarts - they will restart daily when empty. Servers that always see large population (ex. CS:CO, 1v1 Arenas, Easy Surf), will retain the forced set restart times.
- Added mg_raphi_multigame to minigames server
- Fixed a couple small issues that popped up after the dedi transfer
