- Updated surf timer - optimizations and some futureproofing. I've also been identifying several more inefficient queries used by the surf timer and will be optimizing them throughout the week(end).
- FPS fixes and server optimizations for surf_4head_csgo & surf_me
- Fixed incorrect timelimit on surf_rookie2 (30m -> 25m default)
- Ban wave of 300+ known cheaters
