Server Update - 7/29/17

• Re-zoned surf_kawaii
• Removed map runoff votes from 1v1 Arenas
• Testing significantly improved anticheat on 1v1 Arenas
• Removed Pets from KZ server - players with Pets from the store would trigger KZTimer to not post global records due to unknown/additional entities in the map. This should solve the issue.
