Server Update - 8/6/17

• New anticheat modules re-enabled on surf servers, no longer conflicts with pause command
• Several various fixes/tweaks to top 50/vip server
• Surf - Players can no longer pause during challenges
• surf_mom is now surf_mom_fix
• Re-zoned stage starts of surf_colum_2 to allow for proper prestrafing
