Server Update - 9/13/18

Our host is doing some back-end work @ 1:30 CST, which will cause our website & databases to be unavailable for 15-30 minutes. Game servers will still be accessible, however their functionality without database access may be limited.

• Testing a modified trigger_push fix on Top 100/VIP surf server
• Fixed CS:CO server downtime
• Fixed Retakes spawning bots on map change
• Added additional admin tools to combat cheaters on Retakes
• Added a couple information points to the kz stats page
• Fixed times >1hr times showing incorrectly on the surf stats page
• Late night changes to surf_oma:
  • Re-zoned
  • Normalized teleport angles
  • You will no longer get stuck in the bonus tele after failing
