Accepted/Completed Store bug, spent credits but didn't get skin

I bought Banana Joe skin for 2000 credits but i don't have it in my inventory, it took the credits but didn't give me the skin. I bought it and it told me if i wanted to equip it but i was on surf_summer and i was the fidget spinner so i just exited that menu thinking i can equip it later, i came on about 2 hours later and i don't have it in my inventory...

I think only sneaK can answer this one but i have more credits then i possibly need, if this doesn't get resolved in a bit ill just gift you 2k credits.
