Accepted/Completed surf_quasar_njv teleport bug

If you go into spec, once you unspec, it'll teleport you to a certain location on the map that doesn't let you leave for a few seconds, even while trying to go back to the stage you were on (either !back, !stuck, !r or even !s #)

Hmm, somehow the jail teleports were triggered, thought I removed that. I'll take a look!

Welp, found a multitude of potential issues (including the fact that my original map fix was never uploaded to Advanced Surf), this should be fixed. Feel free to create another topic if the issue persists.
