Looking through the dump of the map, looks like "Stage 4" is meant to be a secret and unlockable, not part of the actual map.
I've removed a lot of extra jail, math, and unnecessary logic stuff from the map and normalized teleport angles. None of this is tested yet, but it's live (should be fine). Still need to redirect some stage completion teleports so everything is consistent, and take another look at overall zoning.
