Accepted/Completed Timer Update Feedback (8/28)

This is currently live on Top 50/VIP surf ONLY at the moment.

• Added !mrank
• Added !brank
• Milliseconds now separated by . instead of :
• All server messages now customizable by a single chat prefix
• Removed dozens of hardcoded phrases
• Chat colors tweaked
• Modifications to Profile menu, removed/tweaked some stuff
• Points are displayed in disconnect message (where applicable)
• Fixed inconsistent bugged SR Diff on bonuses
• Added specified bonus number to average time print
• Some more queries optimized
• Bots now consistently no longer have visible weapons

I'm assuming the main bugs will be in some chat phrases, feel free to screenshot those and/or report the circumstances that it happened under.

Fixed, along with several other strings that might have been too long, also fixed new bonus PR that's not an SR print from not showing up properly.

i surfed for like 5 mins yesterday so i haven't seen half this shit bc i forgot how to surf but the colors looked pretty
