Accepted/Completed !tutorial no longer works in KZ

Hey, just a heads up that it looks like !tutorial no longer works in the KZ server. Unsure if other servers had it, but this brings up a menu with different categories on it, and then shows a Youtube video in the middle of the screen when you selected a category. However, now the video no longer appears, making it pretty much useless.

I know not a lot of people use it, but if possible it might be nice to fix again since it's an easy way to explain different jumps to new players.

Ah, thanks for the heads up, I completely forgot about this. With panorama, Valve entirely removed the possibility for us to pop up any sort of web browser, including these helpful tutorials.

I've removed the plugin from the KZ servers.
