I've finally got a way to stop telehopping altogether, tell me what maps shouldn't have telehops that do!

• surf_corner
• surf_kitsune?
• surf_year3000?

Pretty much what I was thinking in Kitsune's case, but I know theres plenty of other maps that have telehops that really shouldn't.
