It's time to talk about Rocco

Recently, I've noticed a community upheaval against a (semi)regular player on the server: LG_Rocco. He has a long, consistent history of being muted and gagged, and according to *most* regulars that I've talked to, for good reason. I am making this forum post to start a petition to have Rocco banned for good.

True, but think of it this way:
Sometimes votemutes don't pass and he ends up rambling about his trade site, OR if it's 99% certain that they'll pass and he leaves, that's mute evasion and ban worthy anyway.
Why not kill two birds with one stone and finish the job? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Muting Rocco should be put on the list of VIP perks. I feel it's the only reason I use the command at all.
