Accepted/Completed Name Change Bind

Is there a way to fix the bug where kids can bind a name change to thier use mic key so they can't be muted? I know you could technically just mute everyone in game until you find out who it is but not everyone knows that or wants to deal with that.

So after a bit of digging, I found that the surf timer's chat processing doesn't correctly pass name changes, as normally if someone changes their name it would show up in the chat. Another pro of disabling surf timer chat processing
